Refund policy

Cancellations:
We work quickly and we need you to take your decision to place an order seriously. Do not order unless you are absolutely certain that your product will fit your vehicle and your needs. Order Cancellations will be evaluated on a case by case basis and there is no guarantee your cancellation will be honored. If your order is able to be cancelled, there will be a 20% cancellation fee applied.
To cancel your order, email support@bambeds.com with the subject line "Cancel Order #XXXX" and acknowledge that you agree to our cancellation policy.

Returns:
You are responsible for all shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. You must use all original packing materials.
To return your order, email support@bambeds.com with the subject line "Return Order #XXXX" and acknowledge that you agree to our return policy.

Any refund may up to take 10 business days to post to your bank account.
