Refund policy

30-Day Fit Promise:
The 30-Day Fit Promise covers BamBeds kits, platforms and sliders for all vehicles for 30 days from delivery. If your kit, platform or slider doesn't fit your vehicle, email support@bambeds.com within 30 days of delivery with the subject line "Return Order #XXXX", mention the 30-Day Fit Promise, and include clear photos of the kit test-fit in your vehicle showing where it doesn't fit. Photos are required for every Fit Promise claim. You can also send your photos through our Fit Check page. We will give you a full refund and a free return label. There is no restocking fee on a Fit Promise return. The 30-Day Fit Promise does not cover aftermarket drop-in, carpet or foam liners; accessories left in the bed; modified vehicles; or ordering the wrong vehicle, unless our product page misled you. It does not cover mattresses or accessories. If we ship the wrong kit, that is always on us. First Run vehicles follow the First Run terms instead of the 30-Day Fit Promise. Damaged, warped or missing items:
Items that arrive damaged, warped or missing parts must be reported within 30 days of delivery, with photos. If you report within 30 days with photos, we will send you a free replacement part.

Cancellations:
We work quickly and we need you to take your decision to place an order seriously. Do not order unless you are absolutely certain that your product will fit your vehicle and your needs. Order Cancellations will be evaluated on a case by case basis and your cancellation may not be approved. If your order is able to be cancelled, there will be a 20% cancellation fee applied.
To cancel your order, email support@bambeds.com with the subject line "Cancel Order #XXXX" and acknowledge that you agree to our cancellation policy.

Standard returns:
For returns not covered by the 30-Day Fit Promise, you are responsible for all return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. You must use all original packing materials.
To return your order, email support@bambeds.com with the subject line "Return Order #XXXX" and acknowledge that you agree to our return policy.

Any refund may take up to 10 business days to post to your bank account.
