Yes! If you have a vehicle model in mind that’s not currently existing, you can request us to develop a BamBed for it. Email all your vehicles details to support@bambeds.com , and we’ll explore the possibility of creating a new model to meet your needs.

No, At this time we do not offer visits or in person order pickups. All orders are shipped in 1-3 business days from our location in SoCal.

Yes, there are expedited shipping options available at checkout. You will also see a delivery date estimate shown at checkout. Once an order is placed it may no longer be possible to change the speed of the shipment so please ensure you choose the correct shipment speed prior to completing your order. UPS Ground shipping times can vary depending on weather and operating conditions, if you need your product by a specific date please choose an expedited shipping option.

No, All of our designs are tailored to the specific dimensions of each vehicle they are designed for. Therefore it is unlikely to fit without modifications in other vehicles. You are responsible for determining weather or not our products will fit your vehicle before you order. If you have any doubts, please send photos of your vehicle to support@bambeds.com for verification.

BamBeds are designed to be used under the protection of a Campershell or SUV interior. Light water exposure is no problem for the materials we use and it will not void our Warranty. If you plan on using BamBeds for long durations in the elements outside of a camper shell or vehicle interior. They may start to discolor. If you want to maximize the protection to your BamBeds, you can use a wipe on water based Poly to seal the grain completely. 99% of people do NOT need to do this. If you do, use this: Minwax Wipe on Poly

BamBeds come with a Lifetime Warranty for the original owner. This warranty reflects our commitment to quality and the confidence we have in the materials and designs we make, right here in the USA. If you experience any parts failure please send photos and an explanation of how they failed to support@bambeds.com, please also reference your original order number and date of purchase.

Yes! BamBeds are designed for ultimate versatility with modular components that can be rearranged or upgraded to fit your needs! Check out our accessory page to get the most out of your system!

Damage: If your product is damaged during transit, email photos of the unopened package to support@bambeds.com as soon as possible. We’ll send replacements for any broken parts. For part failures, email photos and reference your original order number. This warranty is for the original buyer only.

Order Cancellations: Order cancellations are evaluated case by case and are not guaranteed. A 20% cancellation fee applies, which may be used towards a future purchase. To cancel, send an email to support@bamebds.com with the SUBJECT LINE: “REQUEST TO CANCEL ORDER #XXXX” and confirm in your email that you’ve read and agree to our cancellation policy.

Returns: Due to the large size and cost of shipping our products, carefully review product details and fit before ordering. If you’re unsure, contact us for verification. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, using original packaging. You are responsible for buying return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Please do not order our products if you are not sure that you want them.

Bamboo Care:

Wax is applied to the bamboo during initial finishing to protect from moisture and to bring out the best colors from the material. If you notice your Bamboo starting to fade you can reapply a basic beeswax to restore the finish. Recommendation Here: Howard's Feed n Wax

Birch Care:

If your boards are used in wet environments, i.e. not under a camper shell, exposed to fish guts or have wetsuits left soaking for days. It can be beneficial to coat your boards with a water based polyurethane sealant like this: Minwax Wipe On Poly

Sanding:

If you want to do a full refinishing of your boards, use a 150-250 grit sandpaper to eliminate any deep stains or blend away scratches.

Absolutely! BamBeds are versatile and can be used for various purposes such as storage, work surfaces, or outdoor activities. The simple, reconfigurable design allows you to adapt the setup to suit different needs and applications.

Most orders ship within 24 hours. If it takes us longer than 3 business days to ship your order you are welcome to cancel your order with no cancellation fee. Shipping times vary based on your location and the specific BamBed model ordered. You will receive an estimated delivery time during checkout, and tracking information will be provided once your order ships. All systems ship free to the lower 48 states and paid shipping options are available for HI, AK, and Canada. If you’d like to ship Beyond North America, please coordinate with a Freight Forwarder.
