BamBeds First Run Reservation Terms: Ram 2500/3500 8 ft Lengthwise Platform

1. What you're paying for. You're paying a $100 refundable deposit to reserve a place in the First Run of the Ram 2500/3500 8 ft Lengthwise Platform. It's a reservation, not a purchase. The design isn't final and nothing ships for this deposit.

2. Which vehicles. The Ram 2500/3500 8 ft Lengthwise Platform is being designed to fit 2019 and newer Ram 2500/3500 (5th gen HD) with the 8 ft bed, single rear wheel, bare bed or spray-in liner, sized for use with the tailgate closed and no tailgate extension (we design it once enough people reserve). This First Run doesn't cover dual rear wheel (dually) Ram 3500 trucks; Ram 1500 or Ram 1500 Classic; 2018 and earlier Ram 2500/3500; RamBox beds; the 6'4" bed (see our Ram Lengthwise Platform First Run); or bulky plastic drop-in bed liners or thick carpet or foam bed liners such as BedRug, so please don't reserve for those vehicles. Any bolted-in bed accessories, such as cleats, dividers, a toolbox, tonneau rails, or outlets, have to come out before the kit goes in, and the fit promise assumes they're removed. We'll check the design on a real Ram 2500/3500 with the 8 ft bed before First Run kits ship. If that check shows we can't make it fit, we'll cancel your kit order and refund everything you paid, including your $100. Photo fit check (required): Because the 8 ft kit is final sale, we don't ship it until you send us photos of your truck bed and we confirm in writing that your truck qualifies. If the photos show the kit won't fit, or you don't send photos, you can cancel your kit order for a full refund. Fit promise: It covers the trucks above that we confirm when First Run orders open. If we confirmed your truck in writing and your kit doesn't fit, tell us within 30 days of delivery and send us photos and measurements of your truck bed. We'll first try to make it fit by sending replacement or adjusted parts at no cost. If we can't make it fit within 30 days of your claim, we'll send you a free return label and refund the full price you paid, shipping included.

3. The goal. We need 5 paid reservations by December 19, 2026 (11:59 pm Pacific) to go ahead. There's no limit on how many people can reserve. The reservation count we show is the actual number of paid reservations, minus any refunds.

4. Format. This reservation is for the Lengthwise Platform format.

5. If we reach the goal. We'll finish the design and open First Run orders at a founder price of $2,499 or less (before shipping, tax, and any optional add-ons). The founder price is for everyone who has a paid reservation for this vehicle when First Run orders open, one kit per reservation. We'll add $100 of store credit to your BamBeds customer account and email you. It applies as payment at checkout on your First Run kit order. Ship timing for the kit is given when First Run orders open. The kit order is a separate purchase with its own ship estimate, and if we can't ship by that estimate, we'll tell you and offer to cancel for a full refund.

Final sale. The 8 ft kit is final sale. Once your kit ships, you can't return it or get a refund because you changed your mind or no longer need it. You can cancel your kit order for a full refund any time before it ships. Final sale doesn't change your $100 deposit, which stays fully refundable as described in sections 6 to 10. Final sale also doesn't limit (1) the fit promise in section 2, (2) our warranty for defects in materials or workmanship, (3) replacement of parts that arrive damaged, missing, or wrong, or (4) any right you have under law, including your right to cancel for a full refund if we can't ship by the estimate we gave you.

6. If we reach the goal but can't make it work. Sometimes a vehicle can't get a kit we're willing to sell, because the fit, the strength, or the cost doesn't work out. If we decide that, or if we haven't finished the design and made sure it fits by April 18, 2027, we'll email you and refund your $100 to your original card, or by check or bank transfer if your card issuer can't take it. We start these refunds within 5 business days of that decision or date. The founder price never rises above $2,499. If the only way to make the kit work is a higher price, we treat that as not making it work, and you get a refund, unless you choose to buy at the new price once orders open.

7. If we don't reach the goal. We'll refund your $100 to your original payment method automatically. We start refunds within 5 business days after December 19, 2026. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

8. If it takes longer than planned. If First Run orders haven't opened, or you haven't placed your kit order, by April 18, 2027, we'll email you and refund your $100 unless you reply that you want to keep waiting. If you choose to wait, you can still ask for a refund any time before you place your kit order.

9. Refund any time before your kit order. You can get a full refund any time before you place your First Run kit order. Email support@bambeds.com with your reservation order number. We start the refund within 5 business days. We refund to your original card if your card issuer allows it. If not, we'll email you and send it by check or bank transfer.

10. Your credit never lapses. If you haven't used your $100 store credit within 1 year after First Run orders open, we refund any unused balance. We refund to your original card if your card issuer allows it. If not, we'll email you and send it by check or bank transfer. You can also ask us to refund your unused credit at any time. We never cancel unused credit without refunding it.

11. Terms are fixed. Once reservations open, we won't change the goal, the deadline, the vehicles listed in section 2, or the founder price cap. If we ever have to change the plan, we'll offer every depositor a full refund first.

12. Limits. One reservation per customer for each vehicle. We may decline or refund any reservation at our discretion, in which case you get your full $100 back. The store credit can't be transferred, and any unused balance is refunded under these terms. Reservations for different vehicles are separate: each has its own goal, deadline, credit, and refund.

13. Names and images. Vehicle names are trademarks of their owners and are used here only to describe fit. BamBeds isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle maker. Photos show similar BamBeds kits we already make for other vehicles. They are not photos of the Ram 2500/3500 8 ft Lengthwise Platform kit, which is still being designed. The final kit may differ in appearance, dimensions, and details.

14. Other terms. These First Run Terms govern this reservation. If they conflict with our general terms of service, these First Run Terms control. California law applies.
