FAQ: How far can you pull them out without them tipping?
Answer: It depends on how much weight you put on the front end, you can pull them several feet past the end of the tailgate if you have something heavy like a toolbox or water reservoir. With no weight up front, 1-2 ft past the tailgate is reasonable.
FAQ: Why don't you put them on rolling tracks?
Answer: This would require a permanent modification to your truck bed and prevent you from removing them. Our products in general are for people that want to go camping but also want an open, free truck bed for work.
FAQ: Can you use 5' Sliders in a 6' Bed?
Answer: Yes.
Compatibility with Tailgate Extension:
- When using sliders alongside the Tailgate Extension, remove the feet of the tailgate extension to fully slide out the sliders.
